When we started Bright Side we had one goal that stood out amongst the others. That goal was to be a benefit to people who gave us a call. For what ever reason they had for wanting to sell their home, we didnt judge them. We weren’t their family or friends which made things nice. Some people wanted to move and see their grandkids. Putting their house on the market was an option but it didnt help them accomplish their goals. They didnt have all the time in the world and they needed a quick sale.

Some times people go through a tough patch. One things that started small led to something else. Like a little leak in a row boat the first set back wasn’t so bad. But 5-6 years down the road their row boat was taking on too much water. 3-4 years later and they were about to lose everything.

Thats usually what we see. People that are ready for a simple sale. The home that they once loved became something that held them back from being happy. We all know that asking for help is almost impossible. Asking for help from a stranger is even harder.
