Hi – my name is Robyn. I’m the owner of Bright Side Homes in Bloomington, IN.
There was once a time in my life where I owned a house with my fiancé. Well…let’s just say we weren’t going to get married in T-90 days anymore.
My previous home turned into a nightmare, and I wanted (and needed) to sell faster than I had ever imagined.
Did I mention it was a nightmare?
Just imagine that.
I was ready and willing to get out, but I had to actually sell the house.
I didn’t want to deal with cleaning, repairs, staging, or updates. And I most certainly didn’t want to deal with a real estate agent and all the showings.
I just wanted to sell, quickly, and move forward.
It wasn’t as fast or simple as I wanted, but I got through it. And that’s allowed me the insight to help others move forward, too.

I’m a woman, wife, and mother of two young children, but I’m also your neighbor. I retreated from the north side of Indianapolis to plant roots in Bloomington. I love taking my kids to stomp in the creeks, visit the farmers’ markets, and getting my hands in the garden dirt as much as I can.
I’m a Hoosier through-and-through.
